-Most of upper management have God complexes, are badly behaved and are incredibly condescending -You will only get promoted if you are a complete sycophant -Very low pay compared to industry standards - I increased my annual salary by more than 50% when I moved to my next job -The work is pretty mind-numbing and repetitive
