Pros
Fair pay with excellent benefits! This company has obviously invested in their people and internal processes. Everything was ready for me on my start date, including an IT person who was assigned to meet with each new hire at the end of their orientation to ensure they we able to access needed systems. The culture of the team members was just as smooth. I was greeted with respect, asked for my input, and assigned real work within the first week. They also sent a box of company logo items that included some cool stuff (won't spoil the surprise here).
Cons
Mobile email, calendar, time clock, etc. is not an easy set up. Sounds like IT is working on improving, hope it comes soon as I'm always anxious someone will sneak an early morning meeting on my calendar before I log on.
