Pros
I like the people that I'm working with, they are competent and full of ideas, and there seems to be lots of opportunity to distinguish onesself.
Cons
It's a relatively small company that wants to be a big company but can't seem to make the transition (yet). The revenue has been on the downward slide since they made this pivot to pursue large contracts at the expense of many small contracts. The result is that revenue from those small contracts has progressively dried up and we've yet to land the big contract that would propel the company forward.
