Pros
Been here less than a year and really happy with the decision to join. Management actually cares about employees - it's not just talk, you can feel it. When you do good work, it gets recognized and appreciated. Everyone is super helpful. Seriously, doesn't matter who you ask - people will drop what they're doing to help you out. The onboarding was gradual and thoughtful, never felt thrown into the deep end. They invest heavily in learning and development. There's individual learning budget, team training sessions. Nice to have these opportunities available when you want them. Tools and tech are always up to date. They pay for AI tool subscriptions and other premium software - no fighting over licenses or using outdated stuff. The products we work on are actually fun - humor-based apps that people enjoy using. The company culture matches that too - tons of memes in Slack, people joke around, it's a genuinely fun place to work. Business processes are well organized. Things actually work smoothly instead of constant chaos like some places I've worked before. Communication is really transparent - you always know what's happening in the company, no secrets or surprises. Management keeps everyone in the loop.
Cons
Really struggling to find downsides. Sometimes meetings could be shorter, but that's pretty common everywhere.
