A lot of useless meetings, tech zoo, legacy code, toxic management, micro-management, high staff turnover rate, stressful deadlines that management makes up; even if you are doing well, you can be dismissed without notice

It is the great company to work. Nice people, excellent salary and other perks conditions. Minimum of bureaucracy.

Cons

But sometimes it takes only one man’s decision for 4 people fired in one day without any clear reasons.
