      Pros

      Great coworkers for the most part. Very small top heavy company Normal vac/sick leave in industry

      Cons

      Horrid health benefits thru DC. Very few corp people have any real experience and it shows. Owner protects incompetent inner circle. Unable to pay subs....no new work happening. Layoffs..... Just a matter of time before goes under.

      Pros

      From management to HR, we are fully supported. The people here at FWG are extremely professional and employees are given the autonomy to exercise initiative and creativity. Veterans make up the majority of the team. We have opportunities for higher education, training, and travel. And, lastly, Great pay!

      Cons

      We didn't hear about FWG sooner. Government contacts are not forever.
