      - There are some employees who truly value their work ethic. - Great location

      Cons

      - False sense of collaborative environment - President & CEO does not value or respect the talent and education of employees - Rewards are given to those who contribute to the chaotic circus office environment - No value in process or policies written

      Pros

      If you are dishonest and do shoddy work this is a place for you you'll fit in very well!! horrid benefits nobody there has a clue every time someone is hired that knows what they're doing a story comes out and they are gone before you really get a chance to know them

      Cons

      There is so much overhead people unnecessary at the office one person leaves 3 come I've never seen anything like this. My resume is on the street and you should be too if you unfortunately work here. I had figured the contract would be pulled and we'd have some other company to work for by now but I give up on that - time to go. Don't believe what you hear the lies are everywhere at FWG

      Pros

      Great coworkers for the most part. Very small top heavy company Normal vac/sick leave in industry

      Cons

      Horrid health benefits thru DC. Very few corp people have any real experience and it shows. Owner protects incompetent inner circle. Unable to pay subs....no new work happening. Layoffs..... Just a matter of time before goes under.
