Pros

Remote work and ability to have flexibility- but most tech jobs have this anyways

Cons

Products sucks, old and do not work well and designed poorly. Implementation is long and they learn on the fly and have zero process and customers get upset. Company is less than 10 people and try to portray they are bigger. Use 3rd party consultants and performance is bad. Budgeting product is worse. Analyticw looks like piecemeal together. Integration is bad and always have to wonder if they can connect. Company going’s concern is an issue so if you work here or buy from them they may not be around a long time!

Pros

FYIsoft is a great place for entrepreneurial people who want to help build a successful company. The organization is closely held by ownership, and has a flat hierarchy. You will have the chance to make a noticeable contribution, and your ideas will be heard by the decision-makers at the top. Contrary to most tech companies, you don't have to worry about a bunch of VC's behind the scenes making sweeping, out of touch decisions that negatively impact the company. I would ignore the negative reviews - most of these reviews came from people we shouldn't have hired. Because this company is flat and closely-held, you have nowhere to hide if you aren't making an impact. You will be asked to wear several hats, take initiative, and make a difference. Don't apply to work here if you aren't okay with that, or if you're looking to just 'coast.' The CEO cares about her employees, and goes out of her way to recognize and reward them if they are putting in the work. Onsites in Naples FL is about as good as it gets!

Cons

Product enhancements and initiatives seem to drag on longer than is typical. The company runs lean, so there are some weeks where I'm doing about 5 different jobs.

Pros

Remote work opportunity. The CEO is approachable and will personally inform you why commissions outlined in the original compensation plan are no longer being paid.

Cons

The company's future growth is a concern. Based on sales figures publicly referenced on LinkedIn, the Sales Director's reported quota attainment appears to have declined substantially from the prior year
