      Pros

      Good Product and support of existing clients is great.

      Cons

      Lack of vision, quota's unrealistic, bad communication, enhancements and new products take way to long. No teamwork and high turnover

      Remote work and ability to have flexibility- but most tech jobs have this anyways

      Cons

      Products sucks, old and do not work well and designed poorly. Implementation is long and they learn on the fly and have zero process and customers get upset. Company is less than 10 people and try to portray they are bigger. Use 3rd party consultants and performance is bad. Budgeting product is worse. Analyticw looks like piecemeal together. Integration is bad and always have to wonder if they can connect. Company going’s concern is an issue so if you work here or buy from them they may not be around a long time!
