Challenging work and a great deal of autonomous work, depending on the role

Cons

While autonomy can be rewarding, you can quickly find yourself on your own with very little support. Huge expectations on employees to get the workload of multiple people done in a timely manner

Great value prop, great people, exciting use cases, and product. Will be given a lot of responsibility and credit when you deliver. Management encourage you to own your work and you will be trusted to deliver. Career opportunities are what you make of it. Good place for a high flier.

Cons

Travel expectations are a large and fun part, but can become taxing being away from home.
