Cons
Unfortunately, this positive culture is undercut by a top-down leadership style that can feel unpredictable and unsupportive. Decisions around hiring and firing often seem abrupt and lack transparency, creating a sense of insecurity among staff. While it’s understandable that startups must adapt quickly, the apparent existence of a "blacklist" of names held by the CEO (whether real or rumoured) has contributed to an atmosphere of fear rather than trust.
