Extremely toxic work culture, absolutely terrible leadership. Constantly firing people and leading with fear. Unclear expectations, all perception-based. Unfair progression based on favouritism. They preach making sure everyone has a “career defining moment” but offer zero support or mentorship to learn and grow from. I’m surprised their way of working has taken them this far. Avoid avoid avoid if you care about your self worth and mental wellbeing.
