Upbeat work hard, play hard atmosphere. Everyone is super helpful in the training and development process which gives it a really awesome team environment. Even the management staff is out making sure we have the best coaching. They all know how important that is since everyone started at Entry Level so we all understand how to operate all aspect of a business effectively. This is the only company that I have worked for where everyone (including myself) is excited to come to work everyday, which is a huge plus! We also have a lot of extra bonuses thrown out, so if you are into friendly competition and like to have your competitive side brought out, this is perfect!

If you have an employee mentality and are just looking to or used to getting by paycheck to paycheck it could be a tough transition. You definitely need to have an entrepreneur type mentality and be goal driven to really get the full benefits of this company. Also, if you don't like interacting with people and just want a cubicle to work out of, this definitely is not for you.
