Pros
Learning experience of different types of fabric. Some friendly staff but not many unless your part of their group. Descent pay scale and benefits. Opportunity to change departments if wanting a change in pace.
Cons
Having to deal with co-workers back stabbing you. Poor or lack of training new employees and expecting them to know exactly what to do the very first week. Upper management in some departments treat you as if you are dirt on their shoe. Lack of team work in certain department or feeling the need to out do your department team members.
