      Pros

      Money, Michael Gutterman is a great down to earth leader

      Cons

      Upper management is never wrong, but will gladly throw anyone under the bus to stay afloat. David Finer only cares about what his close friends have to say, and his other employees might as well be garbage. Don't expect time for family. Long hours where you'll be ignored for any additional work you put in. Bad processes that can never be wrong because upper management is always right.

      No holidays no weekends, 3 weeks vacation

      Not everyone is on the same page, communication is not the best, expect too much out of someone.

      Stuck up staff members in certain departments

      Pros

      Learning experience of different types of fabric. Some friendly staff but not many unless your part of their group. Descent pay scale and benefits. Opportunity to change departments if wanting a change in pace.

      Cons

      Having to deal with co-workers back stabbing you. Poor or lack of training new employees and expecting them to know exactly what to do the very first week. Upper management in some departments treat you as if you are dirt on their shoe. Lack of team work in certain department or feeling the need to out do your department team members.
