Cons
FACE FOUNDRIÉ is a toxic workplace. They tell you you’re a part of this incredible movement to bring skincare to communities across the country and it almost feels like changing the world. Cult-like. One type of person thrives there and the rest just survive there. If you don’t fit in with the mean girl sorority vibe, you’re screwed. Loyalty is not rewarded. In fact, longevity is a liability because you have the chance to avoid being taken advantage of by them. Micromanagement is a huge problem. Leadership does not trust the team they hired or the expertise they bring to the table. This manifests in many ways, but as an example, much of FACE FOUNDRIÉ’s brand identity is AI-generated even though the same five people make decisions about everything. Most team members are severely overworked because leadership won’t staff departments adequately. There are no opportunities for growth or development because of this, even with exponential growth on the franchise sales side. FF is not a supportive place to grow since it’s every face for themselves. Despite what they say, they don’t care about people, only profit. They will pay you as little as possible while expecting you to give 200% and gaslight you with a smile on their faces after you burn out. If you’re a current employee working there, are you really happy? If you’re looking to work there or own a franchise, is this the kind of business you want to be a part of? The stars that burn twice as bright burn half as long. Until FACE FOUNDRIÉ makes some serious cultural changes, it’s not worth working here.
