No positivity at all. Unsteady Pay Coworkers get along this is the only thing I can think of.

The spa is dirty. It is rusted and every room has holes. No medical director to perform certain services. Management does not listen to anybody regarding feedback. Pitiful $8/hour pay They only care about you up selling and retailing. Groupons are how the owner survives. The front desk is rude to our clients and constantly on their phones when they are checking in and out. Spray tan smell lingers through the spa and this is toxic Cords hanging from the ceiling in the break room (fire hazard) Random toothbrushes and lids laying around everywhere Management claims they will give you 40 hours as well but a majority of the week you will be sitting at home not making any kind of money because you have no clients. The owner would hate to give you hours if you do not have any clients that day. Broken promises happens a lot around facelogic. We have useless monthly meetings to ask our opinions and get our feedback but the management will always stick to original plans which do not work. Our hours are inconsistent and we open at 9 on Monday and 10 every other day. Stay away!
