Pros

They treat you like a member of their family, not an employee. That is reflected in the benefits and policies of the company. They have an Open-Door Policy - any member can straight walk up to anyone in the company and discuss things. There is no hierarchy. The office environment is quite relaxed. The company believes in collective growth. If you are ready to invest time and effort into your growth, they will go in full force to help you.

Cons

It is hard to write cons because I genuinely enjoy working in the company. This is a "People's First" company.

Pros

This company has an excellent work culture that encourages individuals to be themselves and views failure as a natural part of growth. It promotes a mindset where making mistakes is acceptable as long as you learn and improve from them. I have gained significant knowledge here and continue to learn many new things through my work. Additionally, the organization offers a good work-life balance and maintains transparent communication across teams.

Cons

Currently, I do not see any major cons; my experience has been largely positive

Pros

Offer real analytics opportunities like developing algorithms to solve complex corporate problems. Culture is such that failure is OK, very supporting management. Most importantly, they follow a no-firing policy. Very transparent policies - even with client they say that they will refund full project cost if client is unhappy without even asking for the reason! No discrimination - the top boss sits and uses exactly same table/ chair/ laptop as a trainee would use! no VIP treatment to anyone. No salary cuts or firings even during Covid. Salary is always on time even during Covid.

Cons

Basic office set up though very comfortable, but still, small and basic. Also, the are very strict about time - even if top guy is late, the meeting still starts even without him dot on time. They pay too much emphasis on integrity - not that it's bad but slightest of deviation is unacceptable. Also, once a job is offered and a person declines or once a person leaves for any reason, they have a strict ZERO re-hiring policy so the person is never taken back! I know many like me who want to go back but they do not take people back.
