      Pros

      They treat you like a member of their family, not an employee. That is reflected in the benefits and policies of the company. They have an Open-Door Policy - any member can straight walk up to anyone in the company and discuss things. There is no hierarchy. The office environment is quite relaxed. The company believes in collective growth. If you are ready to invest time and effort into your growth, they will go in full force to help you.

      Cons

      It is hard to write cons because I genuinely enjoy working in the company. This is a "People's First" company.

      Great company to start with, advance knowledge and training provided for new age tools and technologies, no compromise in technical infrastructure, advance machinery best in class laptops to handle enormous data, concerned related employees health, supportive leaders, no hierarchy follows in term to create friendly environment, bundle of learnings and knowledge shared by senior, disciplined culture. Best wishes to company, keep growing.

      Pros

      Extremely employee friendly and transparent policies. Great place to work. Very honest with clients - but data security and integrity breach is just not tolerable in any case. Vibrant place with great client reviews.

      Cons

      Go a bit too far for employees - they do not take ex employees back. Ever!
