Honestly, not many real positives. If anything, a few colleagues are personally supportive and friendly, which makes the day-to-day a bit more bearable.

Severe office politics and a lack of transparency from management. Performance reviews feel unfair, with promotions and resources allocated based more on connections than actual ability. The workload is heavy with little support, and the communication style creates constant stress and anxiety. High turnover means projects are often understaffed, leaving remaining employees even more overloaded. Overall, the atmosphere is draining and offers no real sense of growth or career development.
