Fairrington is a smaller size company with the ability to gain skills in many different fields. You can really gain skills to become marketable to other companies and more importantly have the opportunity to advance from within.

There is really no downside, the pay is competitive and the relaxed nature of the work environment helps the day go by quickly.

I enjoyed what I did and liked the people I worked with. Facility is great.

Management is not consistent with training, policy reinforcement, how to motivate employees. Management has goals but doesn't execute what they need to do to take the company forward. Managers don't understand who the superstars really are. After many layoffs, morale is down.
