Pros

Air conditioned office environment with simple, repetitive tasks to complete.

Cons

Tends to fill vacant spots with college students who lack basic work ethics, then leaves them unsupervised. Often leads to them performing the bare minimum, or making frequent mistakes, and forcing coworkers to pick up the slack. The worst offenders have been caught lying on time-sheets, leaving work for long periods of time, and even refusing to undertake tasks specifically requested by dock supervisors. With no oversight/supervision, the bad employees have no stick, the hard working employees have no carrot, and this leads to a whole other level of problems. Absolutely no advancement path visible, and one of the worst 401k plans and health plans I've ever witnessed.

Pros

Fairrington is a smaller size company with the ability to gain skills in many different fields. You can really gain skills to become marketable to other companies and more importantly have the opportunity to advance from within.

Cons

There is really no downside, the pay is competitive and the relaxed nature of the work environment helps the day go by quickly.
