      Free catered lunches, health insurance completely covered, fantastic office location (HQ in NY is beautiful as is the office in Bethesda).

      Cons

      Zero training, toxic atmosphere, unrealistic expectations and workload. If you want to work here, set boundaries early or get ready to burn out fast. There’s a reason people say “1 year at Fairstead = 2/3 years anywhere else”. It’s because they will get that amount of work out of you.
