Pros

The Benefits are the best part of the business. They usually pay for 50% or more for insurance. Vacation time rolls over.

Cons

Lack of professionalism. Many drawn out meetings with little to do with current agenda. Executives do not prepare for events, mostly thrown together at the last minute. Not much theology is used overall if religious. Hiring process is extremely long winded. Days off are not respected.

Pros

One of my favorite things about working here is i get to operate in my calling with likeminded people. it’s not your average church it really is a big church that feels small. The staff and leadership has truly become like family.

Cons

When running at such a fast pace it’s easy for communication to fall through the cracks.

Pros

The people that truly care about the members of the congregation and want to really lead people to Jesus

Cons

They are too many to list that are all over these other reviews if you look from pastors doing completely gross and disgusting things, to “loopholes” such as living on a 2 million dollar property because it is filed as a retreat center and will occasionally invite people out there in groups of like 20 so that they fulfill the minimum requirements and dont actually let the church use the retreat center for anything or even for the youth, they mistreat staff and wont take any accountability for their actions or the calls they make, theres so much more to list and this doesnt even scratch the surface
