The owner is a caricature of a media start up ceo. Includes empty quotes in meetings to 'get people pumped'. He won't try to connect with you and it's so obvious he doesn't care about anyone but himself. One of the producers is about as fake as a human can get. They'll say anything you want to hear just to fully flip the script for someone else. I was very underpaid for how many hours I gave to this company and my opinions of things never mattered, nor did my feelings. Please please please reconsider working here, I guarantee you can find a much less fake, more genuine group to work with.
