Pros

Close to none, or earning minimum wage on temporary basis? ?

Cons

Be careful when you are told of getting some kind of benefits or don’t think that this company’s culture is defined by it’s name „Family First”: so while you get paid minimum wage to take someone’s dad to a doctors appointment, you simply cannot do that for your own dad if such need pops up when you are scheduled, because there is no such thing as even taking a sick day off or else you will get a warning/s for doing so and dismissed or ignored for advance of future assignments. You might be told of a paid vacation but after working there for a year you learn that you will earn just a couple of paid days

Pros

You develop nice relationships with your clients The workload isn't heavy at all They are flexible with your schedule Management is available to talk to and they listen to your opinions or needs on a client

Cons

Not much pay. Its minimum wage, but you get a dollar extra per hour on the weekends Hours are mostly consistent but they can be changed at a moment's notice by the family. Not a great job if you want reliable and consistent shifts. Some shifts are too short (2-4 hours) for it to be worth it with traveling.
