Pros
Culture, Exclusive Leeds, high comp, Great support, freedom of schedule, and a non-judge mental place that I feel comfortable making mistakes and turning them into teachable moments to make me a stronger agent. These are a couple reasons why I think Family First Life is the best organization I’ve ever had the privilege to be a part of.
Cons
You have to work hard, you have to care about people, you will be judged on what you do not what you say or who you know, you will be paid what you’re worth, you will be part of something special.
