Pros
The BEST comp out there. People want you to succeed. I just joined FFL like a week ago. My comp is 100%.. and can only go up from there. Compared to Equis and Symmerty They are the BEST by far. I didn't have a lot of money for leads and out of nowhere my agency manager sent me 50 leads. 50!! My manager wants me to crush it and really invests in his agents he has. i cannot wait to crust it! ive been watching all the training videos , i get alot of support from contracting and everyone is happy to answer all of my questions in a quick manner. Thank god i looked at this company , its smaller than others but man do they care.
Cons
I think the "getting started guide" should be a little more concise and you guys should film live dials on camera to hear from real good producers who dial what objections they hear and how they handle them! But in the large scale that's not alot of cons.
