Pros

Nice people, can earn first week in field, quality product lines. If you have the cash reserves, you can really work your way into a significant income. You work for yourself primarily .

Cons

It takes about $700 - $1k a week in leads to generate a full time income. It also takes a couple months to get up to speed on all the products. You need some capital to get started, and a few months savings to get up to speed. Probably the one thing that is glossed over in the hiring process. If you really want to earn serious income, it is 6 hrs a day, 12 hr days for the most part.
