Pros

self employed work your own hours generally work with like minded people

Cons

if your upline is bad you are going to have a tough time investing in leads, typically around $1000-1500 a week very long days, dialing leads recycled leads most of the people you call either dont remember or arent interested can be very stressful

If an agent is having an issue with their upline, we always encourage them to reach out to our Corporate office so that we may deal with whatever situation is occurring. Our agents are not required to purchase any amount of leads, that choice is completely up to them, as is the choice for how long to work each day since this is a 1099 position.
