We take all feedback positively and welcome opportunities to help drive our business in the right direction and improve our employee experience. We are pleased to hear that you felt that you had a good work-life balance and great coworkers during your employment with FareHarbor. To address some of your concerns. We, as well as many other organisations, are taking measures to help our leadership team grow and develop on a continuous basis. We find that these initiatives help us to improve both communication and collaboration among other skills which not only helps our leaders to grow but our organisation as a whole. With regards to working environment and attrition, we have been making a concerted effort to listen to what employees have to say. We have been using this feedback to enhance our office culture and contribute to the overall employee experience which has also contributed to our attrition rate remaining under our annual target.
