While there were a few positive aspects of working at this company, such as high-quality team merchandise, annual team events, and the opportunity to meet some genuinely lovely people, these seemingly bright spots were overshadowed by some significant shortcomings. The team merch, while of high quality, was often just a superficial perk that failed to address the deeper issues within the company. The annual team events, though touted as a positive, felt more like a band-aid solution to distract from the lack of substantial growth opportunities and fair compensation. While I did encounter some wonderful colleagues, it became clear that even their positivity couldn't mask the overall toxic work environment and ineffective management. Ultimately, these fleeting benefits failed to outweigh the company's glaring problems, leaving me with an overall negative impression of my time there.
