could be good for your resume

Cons

If you're considering working here, be cautious. While the company claims to operate based on strong core values, those values went out the window a long time ago. Leadership continues to hide behind them, but in reality, the internal culture tells a very different story. Turnover is a major issue, especially among internal staff. It's not uncommon to see people come and go within a few months. If you're promoted to a manager role, it almost feels like a countdown starts… leadership seems to work against those in these positions rather than supporting them. Sales expectations are another story altogether. The pressure put on sales partners is intense and often completely unrealistic. There's a lot of emphasis on "hustle" culture without the infrastructure or empathy to back it up. It becomes less about performance and more about navigating politics and impossible demands. To add further context, the owners live out of country in Florida (and out of touch)… Additionally, I’ve received direct confirmation from current employees that management has been offering incentives to staff in exchange for positive reviews on Glassdoor. If recent reviews seem overly glowing or out of step with what you've heard, take them with a grain of salt—they may not reflect the real experience of most employees. Overall, it’s a high-stress environment where the talk doesn’t match the walk. Proceed with eyes wide open.
