Pros
Some flexibility, lots of time off (but in a call center setting, they close out pto any time they think there might be a storm, so great if your not in the claims call center)
Cons
When the CEO takes in 8 million a year, but the grunts get a 2-4% increase… do better! Your employees dont have their job because they love you, they just want to eat… however consensus is Raul is ruining the company by going after high risk… high premiums, little paid claims
