Pros
Set schedule, decent pay, 401k is solid
Cons
Where to begin... they say they care about employees and provide lots of resources for them. The issue is employees need the resources because of the job. Stress is through the roof. Every level of management is doing something different than the other. Employees are not trained well enough. Managers are selected based on who they know instead of what they can accomplish. Performance ratings are widely subjective based on the individual leader. Bigger issues: if you have a medical disability, they may or may not provide accommodations, but no guarantees. They drastically underpayer employees. This place is genuinely a bad place to work. When I left, it took nearly 6 months to undo all the toxic habits they had created.
