Decent pay, good hours (3 day weekend every week), good atmosphere

Sometimes the management does some head scratching things, and some of them definitely have their favorites. Other than that, really no other cons

Opportunity to develop customer service skills. Great entry level job for CDL A to gain experience. Four day work week is nice. The team of drivers I work with at the Dubuque crossdock are great; however morale is extremely low due to lack of leadership.

Leadership does not support subordinates. Long hours, underpaid, short-staffed. Leadership does not lead by example, instead irritates customers. Leadership is more concerned about getting done early than training a new hire to standard. Virtually no oversight from corporate. Salesmen are upset with delivery leadership. Very low morale. Time for changes.
