Good way to get some experience in lettings if you have never worked in lettings before. If you're lucky the people you work with on a day to day basis may be nice. My advice would be to move on to a better employer as soon as you can

The salary, the management , the directors are all atrocious. This company will pay you the bare minimum as long as theycan get away with it and will offer you no recognition for hard work. Nepotism is rampant.
