      None that I think worth mentioning

      Cons

      Lures you with high basic salary and promises. Comms none existent. The senior management are utter control freaks who say they want your ideas but don't listen. Incestuous company, you will never get on or have a real career path. Training non existent. Cannot believe they are as successful as they are. Sheer luck. Not professional, not interested in customer service. A numbers game. Don't be fooled, they will get you on board and deliver nothing. If you are a real estate agent professional just don't bother. Better opportunities elsewhere.

      Worst company ever to work for. Long hours, unrealistic targets and the strangest managers

      Office colleagues are a great support Starts the addiction for the property industry

      Cons

      Unrealistic *uncapped commission structure* - totally Un-achievable maybe come out with 100 quid a month after the area manager and branch manager have skimmed off the top! Crooks! Long hours and expected to work call out nights. Also expected to work late most nights. No consideration for those with kids. Kiss goodbye to trying to take a late lunch to go to your child’s assembly. Not flexible yet expects employees to forget they have a family at home and an actual life outside of the office prison walls! The 5 day / 6 day week mentally exhausts you.

      Pros

      Dreadful company full of bullying. They advertise the pay for a negotiator at 18-25k but the reality is 15k.

      Cons

      You get more emails from management being horrible to you with bold red letters than from customers. These are sent to everybody In the company about once an hour. High stress, just not worth it.
