Lures you with high basic salary and promises. Comms none existent. The senior management are utter control freaks who say they want your ideas but don't listen. Incestuous company, you will never get on or have a real career path. Training non existent. Cannot believe they are as successful as they are. Sheer luck. Not professional, not interested in customer service. A numbers game. Don't be fooled, they will get you on board and deliver nothing. If you are a real estate agent professional just don't bother. Better opportunities elsewhere.
