The company wants to have the best reputation in offshore. Therefore they invest in crew, vessels and safety. Crew is taken serious, and has benefits you will not find in other companies. There is sufficient internet, phone, TV and training facilities on board. Company arranged holiday houses for everyone, on which every crew member could sign in, to pass a week holiday., all for free. Office people in most cases understand very well what is needed for the crew to run the vessel. Although there is still too much administration, it is less than in most other companies.

Salary is average. Administration should be reduced, what can be done in the office should be done in the office. Farstad Aberdeen had only PSV and no other type of vessels available, so no variety in job.

Quality ships although not the cream of offshore as they would have you believe.
