Pros

Some of the people are truly nice, Office location is good as well with plenty of good lunch places.

Cons

Seems like a trend over there to gossip about somebody behind their back all while acting nice infront of the person they dont like. Cant even take a criticism/feedback well. Saw one manager at a department who shouted at their team member. When asked the team member, apparently the manager cant even handle a minor feedback/suggestion & doesnt listen to the staffs & only likes when they are the ones in control.

This is definitely not the norm in FastCo. Regarding the incident you refer to, we had spoken to both the affected team member and manager at the time to understand the situation better. We worked with the manager to identify areas where they could have communicated to the team member better. We acknowledge the importance of good leadership practices at all levels in our teams but also that it's an ongoing learning journey for each of us. Cons

Operations can sometimes become highly demanding, especially during peak periods or when dealing with urgent manpower requests and system-related issues. Processes and communication may occasionally feel rushed due to the fast-moving nature of the business.
