This is definitely not the norm in FastCo. Regarding the incident you refer to, we had spoken to both the affected team member and manager at the time to understand the situation better. We worked with the manager to identify areas where they could have communicated to the team member better. We acknowledge the importance of good leadership practices at all levels in our teams but also that it's an ongoing learning journey for each of us.
