We adjusted our employee benefits, removing one to ensure the long-term sustainability of our package while keeping the most important benefits. Cons

Operations can sometimes become highly demanding, especially during peak periods or when dealing with urgent manpower requests and system-related issues. Processes and communication may occasionally feel rushed due to the fast-moving nature of the business.
