      Loved the general vibe at Fastic! The team was unique with great individuals and the founders had great passion and determination for making the world a healthier place. Wish the team all the best.

      Cons

      Remote company is not something for me. Although meeting up a few times a year was great!

      Pros

      - The people are quite nice, although they can't attract enough talent so decide to hire students.

      Cons

      - No progression or job structure - Management don't have a clue how to scale - No responsibility for previous cycle failures, instead they fire 80% of staff instead of C level taking a step down

      - Management is quite racist - No feedback loop - can end the contract in the middle of the day without any prior warning or notice
