Pros
Where to begin? Fathom is easily the best place I have ever worked at. The team is small and supportive. The company is constantly going through tremendous growth. Everyone is down to earth, kind hearted. A warm welcoming environment that understands the importance of family. You're never expected to stay back (unless you want to), the work is varied and challenging. There is a great coffee machine in the kitchen, right near a major shopping centre with places to eat.
Cons
There are no downsides. The only downside is limited parking due to other businesses being in the same precinct, so you have to get in early if you drive. But you can just park at Woolworths and walk the 3 minutes to work and it is no big deal. The biggest downside I would say is lack of public transport in the vicinity of the building. There are buses, but the area is a transport blackhole.
