You have the opportunity to experience a variety of job duties/ skills/ settings & can get extra hours if you choose to (especially Nov.-Dec.). They train & promote FAIRLY from within the company WITHOUT UNION/ DUES! The work offers plenty of exercise & a great team environment! If there's something you dislike about your job/ location/ shift/ group, then following a predetermined waiting period (length depends on position/ available openings), you are free to bid on another position/ location of your choice. Cons
The work can be physically demanding. You sometimes have to work in extreme temperatures, as some positions are located on the warmer upper level, some are on the cooler lower level, & some positions are located outside. They have a "park-n-ride" shuttle to the facility & a tight security entrance (some areas require a 2nd shuttle within the facility), so you have to allow for that extra time to be sure you can clock in on time. This can range from 15-25 minutes before your start time! They don't allow cellphones or jewelry (except a watch &/ or wedding ring) inside the facility (few exceptions). There are very few FT positions available.
