Pros
In-depth training. Pay is good. Excellent benefits. Friendly and helpful managers and trainers. Good hours. Good work/life balance.
Cons
CSR position is more "call center" than CSR. Was supposed to be flex but ended up being completely WFH. Callers were generally nice but some were just down right bullies.
