Previously the health insurance was pretty good, however I have heard it changed for the worse. The tuition reimbursement program The regular employees were amazing...management needed some work
Cons
An example of how a greedy company buys/acquires another and attempts to take away everything unique about it and turn it into the same type of business as every other office store in America gone completely wrong. FedEx attempted to completely rebrand Kinko's and in my opinion has failed miserably at it, cost themselves so much revenue expanding and offering overpriced retail products customers can find elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. After failing to meet revenue goals due to the excess revenue spent cleaning up their mess take it out on their employees by getting rid of salary increases and cutting hours.
