Always finding ways to make a good work environment.

The compensation is pretty dang good. OOC government personnel are great.

THE worst leader anyone can have. Leadership and mentoring skills are non existent. Speaks in a condescending manner to staff. Pompous and LOUD! Bullies and intimidates team members by bombastic voice and position. Others who have worked with this leader for a different company said the same thing. It’s too bad, because FWG could do better.
