      They are very family oriented and work schedule allows flexibilty

      Cons

      You work a lot of evenings and weekends during the warmer seasons because of events. Unless you come in with a big account list it can take a year or longer to build enough client base to cover salary and start earning commission.

      This company keeps in mind the work life balance better than most. Their flexible PTO allows for family time. They are a work hard play hard type company. Get your stuff done and have fun. Kind and caring management and leadership. Very innovative in their approach to everything. Embraces digital and content marketing in a way to ensure future viability.
